Dear Parents and Guardians,

As you know, I have a website that features our class and the activities in which we participate.
The site is for children and their parents. I periodically post updates, photos, and other content
from our classroom. I will never label pictures of students with their names and will only post
pictures with the permission of the parents or guardians. Please sign below to let me know if I
do or do not have permission to place your child's work and photos on our website.
